Select your state and then choose your county. Once you choose your county, a list of zip codes will appear with the city name and estimated average number of homeowner leads per month in that zip code. Select the zip codes by checking the check box to the left of the zip code. IMPORTANT- The leads are owner occupied, single family homes only.

Relative to your marketing, we select homeowners whose insurance is expected to expire 45 - 75 days from the postcard mailing date. Since we select by expected insurance renewal date, the number of leads each month will vary. Generally, the number of leads will increase in the summer months and decrease in the winter months.

NOTE: Homeowner's insurance leads are selected by title transfer month.

NOTE: We offer exclusive marketing rights for zip codes. Some of the zip codes on the zip code selection page might be in use. The "In Use" zip codes are clearly indicated and are not available for your selection.
