The auto insurance marketing program is a complete turn-key solution that is simple to set up. How it works:
  1. Pricing
    It is IMPORTANT to note that our pricing includes Postage, Design, Printing, Data and Mailing Service. We send you a printed listing containing the names, addresses and factors used to produce the postcard.

  2. Zipcodes
    You select zip codes you would like to market from our Zip Code Search page.

  3. Deluxe Postcard
    On behalf of your agency, we create a professionally designed deluxe postcard. The postcard is oversized so that it stands out from the rest of the mail.

  4. Proofing
    We email your postcard design to you. You make changes and we implement them. We send you another proof. This goes on until you have a postcard you are 100% satisfied with.

  5. Monthly Mailings
    Each month we mail your postcard to owners of single family homes in the zip code(s) you have selected.

  6. Mailing Option #1 - Farm Your Most Desirable Areas
    This option provides you the opportunity to mail both auto and homeowner postcards to the same marketing zip codes and prospects. We merely offset the two programs, so prospects receive only one postcard each month. For the auto insurance postcard, we'll use the homeowner insurance renewal month offset by one or two months. This method allows you to mail a homeowner insurance postcard in one month and an auto insurance postcard in a later month.

  7. Mailing Option #2 - Repeat Mailings
    Select a set of prospects and mail continuously to those prospects. For example, if your budget is 1,000 postcards per month, select 3,000 prospects from your favorite zip codes. In month 1, mail the first 1,000, month 2 the second 1,000 and month 3 the third 1,000. Then repeat the process for another 3 month series. Repeat mailings do build name recognition.

  8. Mailing Option #3 - Just Auto Please!
    With this option, we mail different prospects an auto insurance postcard each month. We use the homeowner insurance renewal date as our method to insure we mail one and only one postcard to each prospect over the course of one year. On the postcard, we can denote that our records indicate their homeowner insurance renewals in a future month, and that the home was built in ( year built ) and is ( size ) SqFt. This demonstrates to the prospect that we are credible, which gives them a reason to call.

  9. Personalized
    On the postcard address side, we have a colorful illustration of either a doorway, mailbox, house photo, house with a magnifying glass and many other optional graphics. We personalize the postcard by printing information such as projected renewal month, home size, family name and house number on the colorful design. This design and personalization attracts attention. The detail from county records about their home also lends credibility to your offer.

  10. Reference Numbers
    Each postcard will have a personal reference number. This reference number is used by the prospect when communicating with you and removes the problem of hard to pronounce names, etc.

  11. Important Note
    Starting in January 2006, our pricing also includes UV coating. This hard glossy coating provides a very professional look to your postcards.
